Refund Policy

Refund policy of AeroRumbo.com

We (aerorumbo.com) are a metasearch travel company that allows travelers to arrange their trips to distinct destinations around the world. However, the tickets booked at aerorumbo.com are subject to our refund policy, which states the rules as such:

• A reservation formed from aerorumbo.com is mainly nonrefundable tickets. But when the conditions stated on the purchased airfare or receiving emails clearly state that it is refundable, then only reimbursement claims can be raised.
• The refund restrictions and policy for the unused ticket can be varied and subject to what is stated by the suppliers.
• At the time of booking, the customer consents to our refund policy. If the customer is willing to confirm as per the reservation, they can connect with our customer service over a call.
• Refund conditions are varied from airline to airline and some airlines could only provide the travel credit equivalent to the paid amount or less, which can be used for future journeys.
• If the passengers or travelers failed to arrive at the airport before closing the departure gates, then they could be considered as no-show customers. In this case, flight ticket properties change to non-refundable conditions. However, some airlines can waive those conditions, but this is totally their sole discretion.
• A flight ticket can be fully refundable if it is canceled on the day of booking and departure dates are on or after seven days of booking. But this also depends on the airline and the type of airfare.
• In other cases, when an airline changes their flight schedule without prior notice or cancels their scheduled flight due to weather, then the ticket holder might be eligible for a full refund or travel credit equivalent to paid values.
• If the booking is carried out with the help of discount coupons, vouchers, or any promotional offers, then travelers cannot get a refund in cash but may receive travel credit of the same value. However, when the booking is canceled voluntarily, then the ticket holder may not be responsible for any kind of refund.
• When the booking is canceled we notify our customer through an email, and that is not an embodiment of refund but holds the acknowledgment of your request along with the tracking number.
• In order to seek reimbursement from the airlines, the customer has to make a separate request.
• If the payment for the flight ticket is made through a credit card, then specific transaction fees could be charged, and that could not be refundable under any conditions.
• We at aerorumbo.com reservation are held responsible for the non-refundable payment or deposit that is made to third parties.
